the grounds are really clean! the surrounding gardens are beautiful and well maintained by the ground staff. our room featured a balcony. it faced the pool and presented a beautiful view. it was spacious. the room had amenities with coffee, tea and water.
the lower level room made it impossible to sleep due to constant noise from the ceiling and walls. rooms lacked insulation, so i could hear everything from the upstairs room.

i found the gardens perfectly maintained.. the walk to the restaurants was easy from our villa. sunscreen was also freely available near the pool. the location provided easy access to the city.

the hotel sits on the outskirts of town, but a taxi offers simple access. the hotel provides two pools plus beach access. the hotel had lovely views and a quiet environment.

pool staff ensured sun loungers were always ready. they even made a towel display one day.. waiting pool staff took time to chat and were attentive. they were true gentlemen.

the hotel grounds were clean and relaxing i liked the surrounding gardens they are beautiful and very well maintained. our room featured a balcony with a pool view it was spacious plus it included amenities along with coffee tea and water. i found the staff attentive and helpful throughout my stay
the food could be improved i think a bigger variety of choices for the buffet for lunch and dinner is needed

my room was super clean and the décor created a cozy atmosphere the bathroom had diptyque toiletries i found those really luxurious. the king size bed was spacious and very comfortable for a restful sleep here.

Underwhelming Stay, Service Issues
poor serviceindifferent staff
I was disappointed with the service I received. Some staff seemed indifferent, not making me feel welcome. At breakfast, there was little effort to assist guests. I had to ask to be seated inside while waiting for an outdoor table. A lifeguard shouted at children near the jacuzzi. It really impacted my stay.
